In her new book, Better Daily Sleep Habits: Simple Changes with Lifelong Impact, Renata Alexandre explores how to cultivate and safeguard great sleep in order to live a well and happy life.


Guest Bio

Renata Alexandre is the author of Better Daily Sleep Habits: Simple Changes with Lifelong Impact. She has a Masters in Sociology, a PhD in Health and Human Performance, and her Masters in Nursing. She has worked in Sleep Medicine since 2008 and now lives in Nashville, TN. The Sleep Workbook is her first book and reflects her love for sharing her knowledge about health issues.
