60 Mindful Minutes

Aug 18, 2020

As I wrap up season three, I‘d like to invite you to listen, either again or for the first time, to my conversation with Karen Maezen Miller. We first spoke back in the middle of March when Covid-19 cases were climbing and the world was going into lockdown. These days, cases in the US are higher than ever but lockdowns are far in the rearview mirror. These are STILL turbulent times. I’m sharing this episode with you again because it’s worth listening to again, maybe even multiple times. Maezen has so many wise insights to share and I know you will find solace in them.
