According to writer and artist Andrea Scher, author of Wonder Seeker: 52 Ways to Wake Up Your Creativity and Find Your Joy, all we need to find wonder and awe is an open heart and a clear intention. Andrea Scher is an author, artist, photographer, and life coach. She’s had an award-winning blog called Superhero Journal since 2003 and has hosted the Creative Superheroes Podcast for two years. She’s a Facebook Live host for 1440 Multiversity. Andrea has co-authored a book called Expressive Photography: The Shutter Sister’s Guide to Shooting from the Heart, as well as authoring her own book, Wonder Seeker: 52 Ways to Wake Up Your Creativity and Find Your Joy, published in 2021. Her works centers around helping others create a life full of ease, joy, and deep connection.
Kristen Manieri is the author of Better Daily Mindfulness Habits: Simples Changes with Lifelong Impact (July 2021: Rockridge Press). She’s certified both as a habits coach and mindfulness teacher. She specializes in: stress reduction, energy management, mindset, resilience, focus, habit formation, rest rituals, and prioritizing personal well-being.
